rnafold.com is operated from Malta, EU. We comply with GDPR and applicable EU data protection regulations.

Data we collect

When you submit a job, we collect: RNA sequences, uploaded PDB files, email address (if provided), and usage metadata (timestamps, IP addresses for rate limiting).

How we use your data

• Explorer plan: sequences may be used to improve our models.
• Research and Enterprise plans: your sequences are never used for model training. Results are processed and stored only for your access.
• Email addresses are used only to send job completion notifications.

Data retention

• Explorer: results stored for 14 days, then deleted.
• Research: results stored for 90 days, then deleted.
• Enterprise: per contract terms.

Data security

Sequences are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@rnafold.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare (CDN, R2 storage), Upstash (job queue), and Resend (email). No data is sold to third parties.
